Out-of-State Travel

Participating in sports provides student-athletes with more than just the chance to compete; it offers invaluable opportunities to travel, explore new schools, and connect with deaf and hard of hearing peers from across the country.

At MSD, we understand the value of competing against both hearing and deaf and hard of hearing student-athletes. These competitions where deaf and hard of hearing student-athletes are brought together are a vital part of our cultural experience, allowing student-athletes to engage with peers who share their backgrounds and experiences. This not only enhances their skills but also strengthens their connections to the deaf community.

On this page, you will find a list of all planned out-of-state trips for the 2024-25 school year. These trips are designed to expand our student-athletes' horizons, promote teamwork and camaraderie, and create lasting memories as they compete against teams from other schools for the deaf in various regions.
